Individuals £50 · Couples £65. In person in Newry, online or by phone.

Introductory call
A no-pressure call where we explore what’s bringing you to counselling and whether working together feels right.

Information & agreement
If we both feel it’s a good fit, I’ll send a brief information sheet and counselling agreement to review before we begin.

Ongoing sessions
50-minute sessions in person in Newry, online or by phone. Short or long-term, depending on what is most helpful.
