A safe space to reflect, recalibrate
and reconnect
Experienced, relational counselling for adults and couples — in person in Newry, online or by phone. 17 years of practice. Thousands of conversations.

Therapy that is relational, integrative, and depth-informed.
Life can be challenging, overwhelming — and sometimes it can be going okay, but deep down we sense it could be better. Whatever you’re navigating, therapy offers a space to reflect, recalibrate, and reconnect.
I’m an experienced, BACP-accredited counsellor and a lecturer in counselling up to postgraduate level. I’ll offer a safe, confidential, trusting and respectful space, with an approach tailored to your unique needs.
My PhD research focused on the therapeutic relationship — one of the most important factors in bringing about positive change — and that insight shapes every conversation we have.

Relational, integrative and committed to emotional safety
When people feel safe and respected, they can speak their truth more openly. That supports growth and change — and how that looks is unique for every client.
Humanistic & person-centred
An approach that honours your wholeness and trusts you as the expert in your own life — meeting you with warmth, respect and shared curiosity.
Integrative counselling
Drawing on a range of theories so the work can be shaped around what you actually need — short or long term, depending on what is most helpful.
Relational & psychodynamic
The professional, therapeutic relationship itself becomes a place of safety and shared responsibility, where old patterns can be understood and softened.
Couples therapy
A space to repair and strengthen relational dynamics — improving communication, navigating change, and rebuilding trust at a pace that works for you both.
“17 years of practice. Thousands of conversations. One consistent truth over and over again: therapy can be life-changing.”
